Who Is Edith Dacosta
An Entrepreneur, mother of 2 boys, mini-golden doodle lover, a passion for boating and cancer conqueror. In 2010 I decided to become a Realtor. I knew that I could use my Entrepreneur Skills, Business Knowledge and honest advice to make Real Estate decisions. My “LIFE” experience has funneled me to navigate my clients. It includes being available for the client when they need me, by answering my own phone, by returning calls, messages and emails promptly and to stand by my client through each step of that buying or selling process. My goal is to make the purchase or sale smooth, to relieve the stress and bring out the happiness they should be feeling. Real Estate is my passion.
My style of transparency allows me to be surrounded with people who have skills in areas that can benefit my clients, and industry leaders that are givers and not takers gives.
The Real Estate Industry changed, especially on how we buy and sell homes. Our tools of the Industry have changed and most importantly our logic to finalizing transactions have been impacted. We all want to be considerate of each other’s space and decisions; but the need for Real Estate is essential. My ambition to collaborate and stay connected will allow me to grow in 2020.
My thinking and willingness to take charge of 2020 has embraced the word of the year: CONNECTION.
