The spring market is here and I’m sure you are so excited to get your home on the market and fast! With many spring markets under my belt I am here to give you my top to-dos for getting your home market-ready as soon as possible.
Purge purge purge! Take a look at your overcrowded areas of the home first, then sort, store and toss whatever you can. Get rid of those silly things you’ve been putting off getting out of your space.

You want your space to shine and stand out when the market is flooded with options come spring time, by adding these little touches like fixing uneven flooring, touching up chipped paint areas or even giving your exterior a good pressure wash make a big difference in first impressions with a buyer.
Set up a meeting with your realtor - Sit down and establish a game plan for a timeline on when is realistic to have your home listed by including bringing in staging, taking photos, building a list price and finding you a new home if necessary. Going in with a solid plan with dates and crystal clear expectations can only help you stay on track and motivated in getting your home on the market quickly!
